General & Tracking

How do I track my bus in real-time?
Open the SKN Transit app and select your route from the home screen. You will see live bus icons on the map indicating their current location and estimated time of arrival (ETA) at your nearest stop.
Is the app available throughout Saint Kitts and Nevis?
Yes! Our services cover major routes across both Saint Kitts and Nevis, ensuring residents and tourists alike can navigate the islands with ease.

Payments & Wallet

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile wallets, and our proprietary "Transit Pass" which can be topped up via the app. Cash payments are still supported on buses, but digital payments offer a 10% discount.
How do I top up my digital wallet?
Navigate to the "Wallet" tab in the app, select "Top Up", choose your amount, and securely complete the transaction via our encrypted payment gateway.

Safety & Security

What should I do if the app stops working?
First, ensure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play. If issues persist, try restarting your device or using the "Report a Bug" feature in the settings menu.
Does the app require an internet connection?
Yes, a stable internet connection is required for real-time tracking and digital payments. However, you can save route schedules for offline viewing.
